Jack Soo 

I remember him best from his part in the movie Flower Drum Song; but most Americans know him best  from the Barney Miller TV Series. Though Jack Soo was born Japanese he took a Chinese stage name of Jack Soo after the WWII because he found it hard to get work as an Japanese entertainer in the US.
